Eric's passion for insurance began with his father, a lifelong public education professional, who instilled the importance of education and learning in his son. Eric's favorite part of the insurance industry is the ever-evolving learning opportunities, and he loves sharing his knowledge with others. His favorite part of the job is discussing coverages and coverage options with his clients.
Eric’s experience with the insurance industry began in 2013 while working as a representative for a large, well known life insurance agency, but his experience and education has significantly grown since then! In 2017, he expanded into the realms of Property and Casualty insurance where he learned more about Personal and Commercial insurances. Prior to joining Alcorn Insurance Agency, he held the title of Niche Market Advisor for a large and prominent Texas agency where he specialized in the Farm & Ag sector.
In September 2020, Eric joined Alcorn Insurance Agency to expand his career and his knowledge of the insurance industry. By joining Alcorn Insurance Agency, Eric will continue serving Central Texas and surrounding areas. Eric is also licensed in New Mexico, Arizona, Oklahoma, and Colorado and working for Alcorn Insurance enables him to serve clients in these areas as well as Texas.
