Pam Alcorn, owner of Alcorn Insurance Agency, moved to the Chama Valley in 1987 with her husband, Ron Alcorn. Pam was a stay at home mother and wife with their three daughters until 1997 when she joined Ron to help manage the family business. She soon obtained her insurance license as her love for helping people grew. Pam is passionate about her community and is very involved with local events. She has helped with the Chama Chili Ski Classic since 2012 and is currently serving as President of the Chama Valley Rotary Club. Pam loves children and giving back to the community’s youth. She has donated stockings and volunteers at the Annual Chama Christmas Tree Lighting - she enjoys every minute of it! Insurance is one of her passions. Simply put, she believes in helping to educate her clients about insurance as it is important and she does so by making it fun to learn. Pam is a proud Grandma to two amazing, beautiful, grandsons. When she isn’t at the office, continuing her insurance education, or volunteering in the community, you can usually find Pam cross country skiing, snowshoeing or visiting her kids and their various pets.
